property was well kept and maintained. The grounds were well preserved and looked very nice. The rooms were a little dated but for the price was perfect!

Very professional staff who are very well trained and dedicated to guests. They take very good care of you and greet you with some fresh orange juice. I was very sick, nervous and anxious and they were still very nice and polite to me :) Pool area is great and food is very nourishing and nice. Is it very clean and they provide clean and fresh towels + water daily. I would highly recommend this place.

really well designed with Zen garden and great pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An oasis in a pretty ordinary area.

Old style hotel with old system but very complete facility. I really like the concept and set up. The only (and actually most important) thing need to be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. If this hotel is well maintained to the good standard, I believe it will be more successful. :)

Everything! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The room is super clean and quiet. The zen garden is a nice place to relax. The restaurant staff is fantastic, accommodating, and friendly. The pool and restaurant area is the perfect get-away right in the heart of Denpasar!
